Baksel customer service are engaged in deceiving and mocking people. Despite my request to port my number, I have contacted them many times over the past month, but without any explanation they lie, saying 'there will be a connection in a few days'. As a citizen I say: shame on you. As a company/institution you are irresponsible, you lie and are engaged in mocking citizens.

You make fun of people. You listen to them and take them unseriously. Despite my applying for number porting a month ago, no action has been taken. In the course of a month I've called you more than ten times and been to customer service. Although I was told it would be activated within three days, it isn't activated. You deceive and make fun of people. Shame on you. As an institution, as an organization you are completely useless.

To the management of Bakcell and the customer service department, I am forced to express my very strong and justified dissatisfaction. The fact that the lowest monthly tariff you currently offer is 11.99 AZN makes no sense and is a violation of subscribers' rights. Think about it: there are thousands of ordinary people in the country — elderly people, pensioners, those who only want to keep their number active, or who almost never use the internet during the month. Is a citizen from this category obliged to come and pay 11.99 AZN every month? What will they do with that much internet and minutes? This is plainly taking money out of people's pockets! On behalf of all subscribers we demand that the issue be approached reasonably and fairly. At least restore or reintroduce accessible and cheap tariff packages for 2-3 AZN, only to keep the number active (with minimal voice or basic capabilities). This request is not only mine, but the common demand of the entire Azerbaijani people, especially the low-income segments and the elderly. We hope you will take it into account. 2 ildir istifadə etdiyim nömrəni başqa bir həkim də istifadə edir. 1 nömrə 2 nəfərə necə satılır, anlamıram. Paketi yeniləyirsən, 2 gün sonra bildiriş gəlir: boşdur. Bu necə baş verir?

Добрый день. Сегодня полдня пытаюсь связаться с оператором, никто не отвечает. Я весной этого года поменяла симку на 4G, пару месяцев всё было в норме, но сегодня с меня опять взяли плату 0,49 AZN за то, что я пользуюсь старой симкой, и снова предлагают мне её поменять!!! В который раз — что это? Может, хоть здесь мне ответят.

Буквально час назад. Я каждый день обновляю ежедневный пакет интернета, стоимость 2 манат. Я, как всегда, загрузил, и ответ: у вас нет интернета, а деньги ушли. Я позвонил оператору, в ответ: что тут ничего не видно. Я снова загрузил 2 манат, только тогда загрузился. Выходит, Бакселл как нищие уже лезет в карманы. Может, у меня эти деньги были последние. Почему за ежедневный тариф интернета у меня списали 4 манат... Проклинаю тех, кто это намеренно делает...

Fikir vermişəm, internet paketinin balansı 150 MB və daha az olanda işlətmək mümkün olmur. Məcbur qalıb yeni paket alırsan və hər dəfə 100–150 MB-i bir növ çölə tullayırsan. Bərbad xidmət və bərbad tətbiq.

В два часа ночи начали приходить СМС, что я якобы использую мобильный интернет. Пишу оператору: «Я вообще-то сижу на Wi-Fi, откуда списания?» И знаете, что мне ответили? Что если телефон даже просто стоит заблокированным, у него может сам включиться мобильный интернет, и тогда списываются деньги 🤡 Я в шоке с такой логики. То есть ложишься спать с деньгами на балансе, а утром просыпаешься с нулём, потому что “интернет мог заработать ночью” 😂 Это уже не компания, а какой-то аттракцион. После такого оформлю переход к другому оператору. Зато без сюрпризов по ночам. И почему у них есть специальная команда для отключения этого бреда?! Если мой телефон сам заработает среди ночи, то почему у вас вообще существует такая команда?! 😱
