Review about Bakcell

To the management of Bakcell and the customer service department, I am forced to express my very strong and justified dissatisfaction. The fact that the lowest monthly tariff you currently offer is 11.99 AZN makes no sense and is a violation of subscribers' rights. Think about it: there are thousands of ordinary people in the country — elderly people, pensioners, those who only want to keep their number active, or who almost never use the internet during the month. Is a citizen from this category obliged to come and pay 11.99 AZN every month? What will they do with that much internet and minutes? This is plainly taking money out of people's pockets! On behalf of all subscribers we demand that the issue be approached reasonably and fairly. At least restore or reintroduce accessible and cheap tariff packages for 2-3 AZN, only to keep the number active (with minimal voice or basic capabilities). This request is not only mine, but the common demand of the entire Azerbaijani people, especially the low-income segments and the elderly. We hope you will take it into account. Usually you remain silent to such appeals, but maybe this time you will show mercy, hear the people's voice and take a real step! Respectfully and with great dissatisfaction, A Bakcell subscriber
