Extremely disappointed with Unibank's attitude toward its customers. I had a virtual Digital Card, that is, a card without a physical carrier. After updating the app I could no longer log into my account. To log in again the bank requires card details, but I did not previously save the virtual card number. I contacted support with a simple request: confirm my identity and provide the details of MY virtual card or offer a way to restore access to the account. I am the owner of this card and ready to undergo the necessary identification. Instead of solving the problem, support effectively tells me to open a physical card. This creates an absurd situation: the bank issues a virtual card for a client, which is supposed to be used exclusively through the mobile app, then after an app update the client loses access to their account, and they are not allowed to restore access without the card number. At the same time Unibank itself states that the Digital Card is a virtual card without a physical carrier and is managed through UBank. I understand security requirements and I am not asking for someone else's data to be disclosed. I am asking to restore access to my banking product after confirming my identity. If the bank cannot provide the card number for security reasons — propose an alternative method of identification and access recovery. But the response "go open a physical card" for an existing client looks extremely unprofessional. Very strange customer service: creating a virtual card takes a few minutes, but restoring access to it turns out to be impossible. I do not recommend Unibank to those who expect proper support in non-standard situations.

What kind of fraudulent, thieving bank is this that the payment is on the 12th, I paid the loan on the 9th, and a late fee of 34₼ has appeared in my name. Can such a thing happen? Salam, Bir Kart sifariş verib alana kimi şəkil çək uşağnan, kart yazılan ünvanda verilmir, başqa ünvanda verilir. Bir sözlə çox peşman oldum.

Çox narazıyam, karta 426 AZN vəsait var, kartı blok ediblər, mən də Gəncədə qalıram, baş ofisdə bakidadı deyir, baş ofisdə yaxınlanişin məlumat verək, hələ bilinmir, pulumu verəcəklər ya yox.

Bu səviyyəsiz bank Azərbaycan bankı deyil, Azərbaycan bankı olsa, Azərbaycan vətəndaşının cibinə girməz. Adama kredit verir 29-35%-lə plusda 117-yə yığırsan, 1 saat çağırır konturu yeyir, heç kimə dərdini deyə bilmirsən.

Что за банк. Если б я отзывы прочитала заранее, я бы не заказала карту. Перестаньте заказывать у них карты и услуги, пусть увидят как это бывает. Сотрудник говорит я не курьер, я домой не поднимусь, вы выходите, на улице делают типа регистрацию. Карта активна но в аппликации не видна. Неделю пишу почему, каждый раз один и тот же вопрос чем могу помочь, ок ждите, и вообще не пытаются помочь. Кто себя любит уважает перестаньте с ними связываться и быть их клиентами, а то будете на их уровне.

Son aylar çox pis işləyirlər. Depozite yığılan faizləri ödəmirlər. 117-ə dəfələrlə zəng edilir, filiallarına da müraciyət etmişik. Hər yerdə sizin probleminizə təçili baxılaçaq cavabdan başqa heç bir nəticə qörmürük. Hər dəfə deyirlər bu texniki səhvdir 2-3 günə düzələcək. Artıq 3 həftə keçib, amma heç nə həll olunmayıb. Faizda kartıma köçürülməyib. Ulduz qoymayacam, çünki 1 ulduza da layiq deyilsiniz. Ulduzu məcbur qoydum.

Mənim Unibank barəsində şikayətim var. Mən mikro kredit götürmüş şəxsə zamin durmuşam, indi istəyirəm öz yerimə başqa zamin qoyub zaminlikdən çıxam. Amma unibank-ın Tovuz filialı imkan vermir. Ona görə Unibankdan şikayətciyəm.

Cox səviyyəsiz bankdır! Bir ulduzu da məcbur qoydum.
