Complaint I express my dissatisfaction regarding some employees working at the OBA Market located in the Qaraçuxur area, near City Polyclinic No. 43, for not properly following rules of communication and behavior with customers. Specifically, market employees do not establish polite and proper communication with customers; when approaching the checkout they show displeasure and a rude attitude toward customers who pick up a product and later refuse to buy it. In addition, I have repeatedly encountered cases where the prices shown in the display do not match the prices applied at the cashier. This causes justified dissatisfaction among customers. Also, employees speak to citizens, including me, in a rude and unacceptable manner, using expressions like "Can't you see the price? What are we supposed to do? Put on glasses". I would like to note that, since there is no other market in the nearby area, we are forced to use this market. However, almost every time we come to the market I encounter similar incidents. Instead of communicating properly and politely with customers, employees show displeasure and a rude tone, which causes serious dissatisfaction among customers. Please investigate the matter, bring under control the behavior of the market employees and the conformity of the prices shown in the display with the prices applied at the cashier, take appropriate measures to ensure that employees adhere to rules of ethical and polite communication with customers, and inform me about the measures taken.

That creature apparently wasn't standing at the register and there were many people there, and they kicked me out saying, 'ay girl, go, study well, don't teach me how to work, go outside, get out.' I told that person that you should address me as 'madam', don't say 'ay girl', because I address you as 'you', I'm not being disrespectful. Despite that, they spoke even more rudely, saying, 'go, complain wherever you want.' Is there such casualness in your company??? Employees talk to customers like this and say 'complain'? If you are going to ensure customer satisfaction like this, why do you hire such employees????? Either this complaint will be addressed, or I will spread this story even more — I will share it on all social media, everywhere!!!!! Oba market is located next to my workplace, it's the closest one, I have to go there every day. Now how am I supposed to go there because of your such uncultured employees??????????

Hello. The condition of Oba 12 market No. 233 in the Lokbatan settlement is very deplorable. The stairs have been damaged by trucks, obstructing customers' entry, and even if each customer reports their dissatisfaction to the market staff, no one pays attention. I have a big complaint about the workers at the OBA under our building. OBA is located at Xalqlar Dostluğu metro station, address Qara Qarayev 116, under the 9‑storey building. After I left they called the police and they came. I've lived in this building for 40 years, and never before has the police come after me. What kind of disgrace is this?? Is that girl's patron Vəliyev Mir? He used to always work in the shop. I'm currently in the area. When I return I will not leave this matter like this. I'll take the whole Xəzər TV and other TV channels there. Shame on you.

Hello, during our stay in the city of Naftalan we made purchases at the OBA supermarket chain. Unfortunately, I do not have the receipt from the first purchase. The receipt from the second purchase is in the app (OBA 1). When we returned to our room, we noticed that the receipt listed products we did not buy (the first 2 lines). The next day they refunded our money. Three days later we went in again and made purchases, and again the receipt included the name of an item we did not buy; the receipt in the app — 5th line (OBA 2). Be very vigilant and compare receipts with the actual items you bought!

Bu gün uşağımla birlikdə içəri girib maffin və enerji içkisi aldım. Kassanın yaxınlığında həmişə kiçik mayka paketləri olur. Hər iki gündən bir gedib alış-veriş edirəm, həmişə kartla ödəyirəm. Çoxlu alış-verişim olanda böyük bir paket alıram. Kiçik alış-verişim olanda kassanın yaxınlığındakı rulondan kiçik paket götürürəm. Bu gün rulondan bir paketi qopardım və kassir onu əlimdən aldı və dedi ki, götürə bilmərəm! Yaxınlıqda yaşasam da və tez-tez orada alış-veriş etsəm də, bu qədər aqressiv işçi ilə ilk dəfə qarşılaşıram. Kassadakı qiymətlər uyğun gəlmir və mən aldıqdan sonra qiymətlər qalxır. “Azərsüddə” südünün müddəti iki aydır ki, bitib və işçilər, xüsusən də qadınlar, çox dedi-qodular edirlər; həmişə müştərilərin qarşısında mağaza haqqında dedi-qodular edirlər. Mən xarici vətəndaşam, amma onlar mənim Azərbaycan dilini başa düşdüyümü bilmirlər və həmçinin mənim haqqımda xarici görünüşüm və sair kimi şərhlər də edirlər! Orada işləyən qadınlar çox savadsızdırlar. Hara gedirəmsə gedim, kassada daim dedi-qodular edirlər. Orada yaxşı görünən bir oğlan işləyir.
