About 3 weeks ago my friend who is a Turkish citizen bought 3 menus from the Gənclik branch. The money was taken twice and we filed a complaint to get one refunded, but more than 3 weeks have passed. Maybe it's been longer, but the person is already in Turkey and the money still hasn't been returned to his account. When the money was taken the second time I asked when it would be returned, they said it could be within 24 hours. It's been a week, this is disgraceful.
