Think twice before buying a product from Bakı Electronics. You will face serious problems. They do not stand behind the products purchased. When calling 143 repeatedly, the operators say they register it and forward it to the relevant department to investigate. They say you will be contacted later. In short, they deceive you whether you order online, buy with an installment card, or take internal credit. When going to Baku Electronics stores and buying products, think seriously so your nerves aren't ruined.

It's been broken for a month. We canceled it and got a new one, you're not removing the air conditioner from the system. It's a martyr's family, and it's the family that bought the air conditioner. This much irresponsibility is unacceptable.

I bought a Roborock Q7 robot vacuum from Baku Electronics. After 2 months the robot stopped dispensing water. It was sent to service, after 40 days the service supposedly repaired it and sent it back, but it still didn't work. They've sent the robot to service again, and there's still no response. How long do we have to wait? It seems that if it doesn't work they'll send it to service again, but won't admit the product is defective. I'm complaining and I will never buy anything from Baku Electronics again.

Recently I bought a SONY BRAVIA TV worth 3499 manat through the Baku Elektroniks online store. When buying the TV I was offered to pay 500 manat to insure its monitor. At first I found the offer to insure the monitor of a new TV incomprehensible and pointless. I paid for the TV at the Baku Elektroniks store next to the Lukpay junction on Azadlıq Avenue, the next day we went to the shop by VIP Sprinter to collect the product I had purchased, and the shop employees loaded the TV into the vehicle without any inspection. When we requested an inspection of the TV they said it was not necessary. After bringing the TV home and installing it the next day I found a crack on the TV's monitor and that it was unusable. I immediately contacted the online store. They said they would get in touch. After waiting 2 days, when I applied to have the TV loaded and returned to the shop they said that this shop only accepted payment from you and delivered the product. The product was sold to you by the online store, contact them. This is essentially classic fraud. Despite repeated appeals to the store management and the contact addresses of the Baku Elektroniks network, there is no response. What I observed is that the number of deceived consumers like us is excessively large. I am forced to apply to the police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding organized crime. People are being deceived on a mass scale.

Aldığım Shaub Lorenz soba zavod defekti ilə gəlib, martın 16-dən bu günə qədər guya detal sifariş olunub, artıq 2 aydır hələ də heç bir xəbər yoxdur, servis bərbad, görəsən 2 ayda bu detal yenidən istehsal olunur?

Nərimanov servisinin xidmətindən çox narazıyam. Operatorlarınız “bu haqda heç nə deyə bilmərik” cümləsindən başqa heç nə bilmirlər. Əlaqə saxlayacağıq deyib əlaqə saxlamırlar. Zəmanət şərtinə görə qaytarmaq istəyirəm, onu da etmisiniz. Məqsədiniz nədir bilmirəm? Ətə bu qədər qara çıxır, problem yoxdur, əti çəkir deyirlər.
