With each passing day the service gets worse and worse. Instead of polite, reasonable drivers they hire village donkey-herders who have only seen a car in a picture. Before coming they ask the amount. If their price doesn't suit you, they demand that you cancel. You waste time and ruin your nerves. Contacting the help center is also useless, they take no measures. A formal reply: we're very sorry 👎
