I express my serious dissatisfaction about Budaqova Farida, who works as a stock manager at the Aff Mall Megastore of the Megastore store chain. Budaqova Farida's behavior toward employees is unacceptable. She speaks to employees in a loud voice, shows rude and aggressive attitudes, and in some cases uses insulting expressions. Such behavior is seriously contrary to healthy communication and a culture of service in the store. Speaking loudly to an employee and insulting them is neither in line with worker ethics nor with the normal treatment that should be shown to an employee. Repetition of such behavior may negatively affect the store's reputation and the attitudes of employees as well as customers toward Megastore. Please have management investigate this matter seriously and objectively, conduct the necessary inquiry regarding the incidents, and take appropriate disciplinary measures concerning Budaqova Farida's behavior toward employees. I consider it unacceptable for such behavior to remain unaddressed and request that my complaint be formally reviewed.
