We have a complaint about the service quality of İbis Hotel staff member Mr. Tamerlan (even though he is the General Manager, he is still an employee), and this approach is setting our tourism sector back: 1. First, they offered our guest a price of 86.30 AZN for 1 day and we confirmed for 2 days, but 2 hours later when the guest arrived they raised the price and demanded 115 AZN for 1 day; 2. Despite all our objections (especially Mr. Tamerlan), the new price became 115 AZN for 1 day and they said it had increased because of the Formula race; 3. Although Mr. Tamerlan works in the service area, he did not contact us and did not answer our calls. Note: We would like to bring to your attention this remark by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Honorable Ilham Aliyev: In the center of the Republic of Azerbaijan stands a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
