Ağ Çiçəyim complaints and reviews

The way customers are treated at the Ağ Çiçəyim Xırdalan branch left me very disappointed. I messaged in advance and agreed on the price of gladiolus flowers, and three days later I went to the branch to formalize the order. Aside from the staff's aggressive and unenthusiastic behavior, they even started talking about me before I had left the store. Five minutes later they informed me that the flowers were not available. This attitude toward a customer who wants to place an order four days in advance and not for a small amount is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the staff's behavior created a very negative impression of the store.
